The 2012 Brewin Dolphin Commodores’ Cup came to an end on Saturday (28th July) after an exciting and intense seven day programme.

Sadie Morgan Director of dRMM was part of the team onboard Keronimo, Jonathan Goring’s Ker 40 fast off shore yacht which triumphed with the top boat prize and which was part of the RYA Team GBR Red which won the Cup overall beating France and the Netherlands. With difficult sailing conditions over the week with predominantly light winds, the Chief Executive of the RORC Eddie Warden Owen summarised. “RYA Team GBR Red had succeeded due to their being consistent. Even when one of their boats were having bad results, the other two were hanging in there and today they came good. But by no means has it been easy for them – they have had to work hard and they have had to have incredible patience and persistence.” For more information please visit commodorescup.rorc.org
