dRMM’s Co-Founding Director, Sadie Morgan, will be undergoing surgical and medical treatment for breast cancer in the next coming weeks. She was diagnosed in early May and expects to make a full and speedy recovery.
Sadie’s diagnosis comes amidst one of the busiest periods of her career. Aside from her role in the studio, she is Design Chair of High Speed Two (HS2), a commissioner of the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC), and has recently been appointed Visiting Professor of Interior Architecture at the University of Westminster, London.
The dRMM team, especially her co-Directors, will be working to support Sadie during her treatment and recuperation. As for her out-of-studio roles, Sadie plans to resume her duties with the NIC and HS2 at the beginning of July.
Sadie and the whole team remain committed to the creation of inspiring architecture with our clients and collaborators. She would like to give her personal thanks to everyone for their kind wishes and support so far.
