KXC is one of the most significant development and regeneration opportunities in Central London and one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe.
dRMM were selected to design Plot J, one of the first residential developments consisting of 143 residential units of mixed tenure, in addition to commercial use at ground floor and a basement.
The plot sits in a prominent position to the north east of the bridge on York Way crossing the Regent’s Canal, immediately north of King’s Cross Station.
Explaining their choice to work with dRMM:
